I went to a family friends' wedding when i was 18 years old. Peter and his team did a same day edit video at the reception, after seeing that video - I knew that this team needed to be apart of my wedding one day. We are so lucky to have been able to have booked them!! Peter did our engagement photoshoot in LA and our wedding photography in Dallas – he pays particular attention to details of the person being photographed, of the items (clothing, jewelry etc) he is photographing, and gives great direction on poses making sure we feel comfortable during the photoshoot! He likes to try new things regarding backgrounds and ideas which is awesome. Peter also works very well with our other vendors and our event planner which made everything so seamless. He is always one step ahead and very engaged in his work – to him it is truly a passion which shows. An example of being one step ahead and very timely is when we needed frames portraits made of us and delivered less than 10 days before the wedding - Peter immediately got the order in, made, and delivered, it was fabulous how prompt he was with our needs. My fiance and I got our Engagement pictures done by Peter. We actually received the photoshoot for free, as we won the package at a bridal expo. That being said, Peter went above and beyond to achieve what we wanted in our photoshoot. We even shot photos at two different locations in Southern California because my fiance and I wanted different looks for each. Peter is also wonderful to work with, which is a must when you are spending 2-3 hours at stretch working so closely with someone! If there was a way to give Peter a higher rating than 5 out of 5 I would. Peter photographed our Engagement Shoot and our Wedding. We just received the Wedding photos today and they were amazing. Peter was so good to us that he MADE ME want to review him, by his service alone. I usually don't review people and althouge and professionalism he offered was above and beyond what anyone could ever expect. To begin, he is an extremely nice person with a great personality. My Wife and I met him in a Starbucks in Atlanta and we didn't feel pressured at ALL by him to use him as a photographer, but after the meeting knew we should go with him and he was our first choice!! Due to a last minute issue with where my Wife and I decided to do our engagement shoot, Peter suggested as an alternative that we can shoot in Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, GA which was an hour and a half away, but my Wife is from that area. She originally wanted to shoot there, but we found out it was too far and might not work. Peter drove to Callaway Gardens from Atlanta and we were supposed to be there at 4 and didn't show up until 6:30pm (My wife was doing make-up..), and he never said anything at all, was never angry, and shot a great engagement shoot even though we inconvenienced him! For our wedding he shot the girls and his assistant Warren, who was also great, shot the guys when we took pictures before! He gets the photos to you quickly and I would HIGHLY recommend Peter Nguyen to anyone looking for a Photographer.

“Peter and his staff were FANTASTIC. They were on time and ready to go for all the events. We had a very large wedding (600 guests) and a multi-day wedding weekend with part of the festivities in Birmingham and part in Atlanta. Peter handled this well and caught all the most important shots in a Hindu ceremony. He was patient and made us feel very comfortable (I was so worried initially that all the photo shoots would be extra awkward). Most importantly, he had unlimited patience with our four-legged kids at our engagement shoot. He took the time to get individual shots of them, because he knew how important they were to us. He was always willing to meet up prior to the big day to go over details and was very flexible with time when I needed all my vendors to gather together to make sure everyone was on the same page for the wedding in the weeks and months leading up to it. He has a great sense of humor and above all makes you feel comfortable. He took the time out to ask me what I wanted in each of the photo shoots and had me share a Pinterest board with him so he could plan accordingly. He is humble, easy to work with, and truly a very talented artist. He does NOT photoshop pictures until you can barely recognize yourself. Peter is seriously amazing. You will already notice this during your first meeting with him. He is attentive, accommodating, and has a passion for what he does. And this translates to beautiful photos. Before my wedding, I had saved some wedding photo poses on Pinterest and showed him what style I like. At the photoshoots, he had brought printed copies of these poses so that we could replicate them. We didn't know of anyone personally who had used Peter as their event photographer before us, so we took a chance, but we are glad we did! Peter and his team did the photography and videography for my wedding and they were absolutely amazing to work with! Peter was so patient and kind throughout the whole process. We visited Peter's studio in early 2018 to decide on a wedding photographer. We were blown away by the beauty of his shots, and just how natural the photos were. “From the moment we saw Peter’s portfolio, we were pumped. Our wedding planner gave us a couple of ‘preferred’ vendors, but in reviewing their portfolios, there wasn’t anything that really stood out to us other than a few photography tricks like making the bridesmaids lipstick really shiny or a few cute poses. We were looking for something a little different and while we weren’t completely sure what that difference was, when we saw Peter’s portfolio, we thought, YES! This man gets it! His photos were so personal. There was a story there and we wanted Peter to help us tell ours. Fast forward to our wedding day. Peter had already scouted several locations with us earlier in the month so he already knew what he was going for which really put my husband and I at ease. He also came with an AWESOME second shooter! Together, they managed to capture some of the sweetest moments as well as all of the action before, during and after our wedding.
